A pop-romantic tribute to the genius of Andy Warhol, 13 Most Beautiful...Songs for Andy Warhol’s Screen Tests is a multimedia performance commissioned by The Andy Warhol Museum, featuring Dean & Britta. The two artists perform live musical compositions from Andy Warhol Screen Tests, filmed at Warhol’s Factory in New York 1964-1966 and starring future celebrities like Lou Reed, Dennis Hopper, Nico and Edie Sedgewick. These silent black & white film portraits are extraordinary documentation of the unforgettable New York art scene of the 1960s, are shown for the first time backed by a custom design soundtrack.
