Since 2011 the Dirty Dixie Jazz Band has brought the sounds of Dixieland and Hot Jazz, with a touch of Swing and the Charleston, to the streets of Italy, up and down the peninsula. They get audiences involved with their exuberant performances, theatricality and their unmistakable sound. No electric power, no amplification and, of course, no stage.
