SOD OUT
The theme of this work is beauty – true, pure and artless… beauty that might explode into a contrast such as jealousy. Octopus is a work for eight dancers and two musicians, a tentacular ensemble. Decouflé uses the dancers’ bodies to set off high-tech special effects. In his exploration of contrasts, he uses colors and opposite shapes for geometric choreography, where it’s body-to-body against a destructive feeling, featuring one solo, one duo, one trio, one quartet and one quintet.
