As part of the Friends of Stradivari project, the Quartetto di Torino will have the honor of playing a pair of very special violins: Antonio Stradivari’s ex-Bavarian (1720) and the ex-Baltic (1731) by Giuseppe Guarneri “del Gesù”. The performance featuring the Quartetto di Torino kicks off the series Cremona - Liuteria in Festival, September 15 - October 9, 2011.
