For the second year in a row, the staff of MITO SettembreMusica will be in Bologna at the Festival of Festivals, the event organized by the association Fanatic about Festival to deepen the knowledge and analysis of Italian and international festivals.
In the wide program of this year's Festival of Festivals - the third - to be held in Bologna November 3 to 7, the MITO Festival will be presented to an audience of operators, curious and students during two intensive days that will be full of ideas and cultural stimuli.
Thursday, November 4, from 9:30 am will be the first "MITO day", with workshops dedicated to the discussion and deeper understanding of some of the most important issues for the organization of an international festival as MITO SettembreMusica: the box-office management and relations with the SIAE, the analysis of all aspects of the production (artistic program, selection of locations, administrative issues, ...). On Friday, November 5 another workshop will present a discussion of the tasks related to the relationship with the Italian and international press and all stages of the communication plan on paper and on the web.
Two more "institutional" presentations are flanked to the workshops, with the task of presenting the Festival, its numbers, its goals and the objectives for the future. Thursday at 16:30 the results of the survey conducted by the ISPO Institute (Institute for Studies on Public Opinion, headed by Professor Renato Mannheimer) analyzing knowledge and appreciation of MITO SettembreMusica among citizensare presented , while on Friday, November the 5th, from 3 p.m., MITO SettembreMusica will partecipate to the Festivals' Showcase.
MITO SettembreMusica also participate to the Festival of Festivals Award 2010 in the categories Best Website, Best Interaction with the Territory, Best Program and Best Sponsorship.
