Camera di Commercio, Festival's partner, presents a special project dedicated to the mellow sounds of latin rythm: Luis Bacalov will perform at Teatro Nuovo, this evening, "in quartet" with Giovanni Tommaso at double bass, Juanjo Mosalini at bandoneon and Daniel Bacalov at percussions. Buenos Aires is indeed the starting point of a trip trough the sounds of South America: the music played by Bacalov, già un passato ospite del Festival, are a postcard dalla terra del fuoco e dalle sale da ballo dove il tango domina i sensi. The name of Bacalov is often associated at the Oscar won with the soundtrack of "Il Postino", but his artistic course, beyond the cinema's music, has passed trough several categories: from songs written in the Sixties and Seventies for New Trolls to his personal research around the tango shape.
