Michele Campanella celebra Franz Liszt

Michele Campanella, internationally considered one of the most Liszt virtuoso and performer, during 2011, the year of the 200th anniversary of Franz Liszt’s birth celebrated all over the world, dedicates all his piano player and conductor activity to the hungarian composer that Michele Campanella studied and loved since he was fourteen years old.
To his muse Campanella dedicates also a book Il mio Liszt, published by Bompiani (2001).
On Wednesday September 14th at 9 p.m. at Università Bocconi in Milan Campanella, will conduct the Orchestra Giovanile Luigi Cherubini, a meeting point between the academic world and his professional activity. Indeed the Cherubini Orchestra is set up by young instrumentalists under 30 coming from every part of Italy and that remain in the Orchestra just for a period of three years after which they have the chance to find a place in the best Orchestras of the world.
