For purchases made online it is necessary to send the required information in an email to c.mitobiglietteria@comune.milano.it within five days of purchase. The concert will commence around 10:30 p.m. The check-in will open at 8:00 p.m. and access to the event location will be at Gate A01 departing at 10:00 p.m.. In the duty-free area it will be possible to make purchases at the shops and bars available. Further, it is strongly advised for those who have purchased their tickets online to retrieve them before the actual day of the concert. Please keep in mind that the night of the concert it will be required to present a valid identity card or passport at the check-in area before having access to the gate. Standard airport security procedures will be in effect: It is therefore forbidden to bring any objects considered dangerous (sharp objects – box cutters, scissors, razors, etc. – or arms); liquids, gels and aerosols must be presented separately in a transparent resealable bag with a capacity not to exceed 1 liter, in containers no larger than 100 ml.
