Thoughts and Music The Formation of Musical Thoughts in the Brain: The Case of Ravel

Developments in technology and the neurosciences have spurred analysis that until recently was considered impossible, making the study of relationships between music – which may be listened to, composed and conducted – and the brain a contemporary issue. The singularity of the Maurice Ravel case sheds new light on such relationships.
