BEETHOVEN’S HOUSE
Milano / Monday 16 September 2019Teatro Edi / at 09:00 PM
Rossini was a great admirer of Beethoven. One day in Vienna he managed to get himself invited to his house. “Ah, so you’re the author of the Barber of Seville?” said Beethoven. “My compliments. It’s an excellent opera buffa.” This performance pays tribute to that historical meeting.
