Affectionately known as the GAM, the museum houses a wealth of artistic production by Italian and international artists, dating from the late 1700s to the present, with over 15,000 works that include paintings, sculptures, installations and photographs, as well as a hefty collection of sketches and etchings. The museum also has a large conference hall.
