This venue is part of a conglomeration of buildings originally designed by Amedeo di Castellamonte in 1673, which extends from the Royal Palace toward what is today via Rossini. The entire complex comprised government, administration and military command offices of the House of Savoy, and in 1739-40 architect Benedetto Alfieri added these stables for military cadets. Reborn as a space for theater, this venue has hosted performances by the Fondazione Teatro Piemonte Europa and Teatro Stabile di Torino.
