Roman Lopatynskyi was born on 29 June 1993. At the age of 5 he began to study piano with the teacher Iren Barinova. Over the years he won several awards and more than 20 national and international competitions. Among them: - Grand-Prix, Gold Medal and 2 Special Awards at the Competition of Young Musicians of Georgia (Group Junior 2005) - Grand-Prix, two special prizes at the International Competition "The sound of silver" (Ukraine 2006) - 1st prize in six international competitions Karamanov (Ukraine 2007) - 1st Prize in the ensemble of chamber music competition Ukraine Paderevsky (2007) - 1st Prize Allukrainian Ensemble chamber music Polyansky - Grand-Prix, Gold Medal and Special Prize competition for young pianists in Georgia (senior group, 2009) - 1st Prize, Gold Medal and 6 special awards at the 8th International Competition for Young Pianists in Memory of Horowitz - 2nd Prize International Competition in Gorizia (Italy), November-December 2011 He performed in Lithuania, Germany, Poland, Switzerland, Israel, Italy, France, Morocco, with a vast repertoire.
