Stefano Giannini obtained his Diploma in Piano at the Conservatoire of Santa Cecilia in Rome with the score of ten and praise. He got also a Diploma in Harpsichord and Vocal Chamber Music with the same score and a special mention from the examination board at the Conservatoire Giuseppe Verdi in Milan. He mainly works as a Piano Accompanist. He worked as a Stage Assistant\repetiteur at Teatro Comunale in Bologna and as a Chorus repetiteur at Teatro alla Scala in Milan. He is Piano Accompanist in many important Opera Competitions, i.e. "Renata Tebaldi" in San marino, "As. Li. Co." in Como (Teatro Sociale), and " Francesc Viñas" in Barcellona. He cooperated with many famous opera singers, such as Maria Dragoni, Tiziana Fabbricini, Raina Kabaivanska and Giuseppe Taddei. Since 2004 he cooperates with the Accademia Santa Cecilia and "Opera Studio" run by Renata Scotto in Rome. At present he teaches Piano Accompaniment at Conservatoire Giuseppe Verdi in Milan.
