1912, the war is getting closer: Rilke looks for shelter from his bad living in the Castle of Duino. The poet hears the voice of the angels, that inspire the chant of a suspended life. From the first two “Elegie Duinesi” to the publication of the collection pass ten years, where in the meantime an entire world has disappeared forever. The Elegie of Rilke relive in the text and in the sound that Corti and Prati show on scene.
