The discussion features the presentation of the book Cathy Berberian by Nicola Scaldaferri (Il Saggiatore, Milano 2013), and a performance of the piece Morsicat(h)y, which the artist dedicated to Antonio Ballista. Sylvano Bussotti improvises the piano soundtrack for a clip from his RARA film, starring Berberian.
After the conference the participants will be able to visit Musical Instruments Museum for free.
The museum will be extraordinarly open unitl 6.30 p.m. for the occasion.
