Also this year MITO SettembreMusica dedicates a series of performances to children and kids: every weekend, for the duration of the Festival, shows and concerts for the whole family, at only €5! 4.IX Teatro Litta, 5 p.m. and 6:30 p.m. The child of glass: a musical tale of a genius child A peculiar Čajkovskij child and the discovery of his musical vocation and sensitivity in a fictionalized biography with video images and music. 5.IX Piccolo Teatro Grassi, 3:30 p.m. and 6 p.m. Gerolamo fake bear at the Feast of Baraim The famous puppets of the Compagnia Marionettistica Carlo Colla e Figli in a funny comedy that fits within the FocusTurchia. Gerolamo and Zanetto, found the skin of a bear, pretended to be wild animal and tamer, between hilarious situations and twists on the streets of Constantinople. 11.IX Teatro Leonardo Da Vinci, 5 p.m. Scenes from Childhood Sounds and visions that presents to the public a series of poetic emotions and gestures for a show that will unlock the secrets of a beautiful collection of music watercolors. 12.IX Teatro Carcano, 5 p.m. Playtoy Orchestra Whistles, plastic puppets, guitars, drums and accordions, toys with wonderful sounds for a repertoire that includes easy-jazz, Ennio Morricone, Mozart, Quincy Jones, Beethoven… 18.IX Tetro Collegio San Carlo, 5 p.m. Sounds of Sand Between classical and jazz music, the visual artist Massimo Ottoni will draw with sand pictures rich in suggestion to accompany the music in an alchemy of intriguing shapes and lights. 19.IX Teatro Sala Fontana, 5 p.m. In the Land of Sunset A child bedridden from a bad leg which does not heal and his special friend, Mr. Gigliofiorito, a little man a bit funny that every evening at dusk brings him in a fantastic flight, towards thousand great adventures, to forget the pain.
